Stallholder Fees (Sliding Scale)

This year all stallholder names will be printed on the back of Festival shirt please use the name you would like as your stall name on the form below Shirts will be available to purchase for stall holders for $25

• Trans and Gender Diverse-Owned Stall (Community only): $25

• Not-for-Profit Organisation: $40

• For-Profit Individual/Company (annual turnover under $100K): $50

• For-Profit Individual/Company (annual turnover over $100K): $100

We encourage stallholders to consider making a tax-deductible donation to further support our work. See donation details below.

Important Info: You’ll receive an email the week before the festival with your stall location and final event tips.

Bump-in and Bump-out Times:

• Food Vans: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

• All Other Stalls: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Want to See Your Stall Name on the TAFFI 2026 Festival Shirt?

We’re thrilled to offer stallholders their name on this years official TAFFI Festival Shirt free of charge. Shirts will be availabe at cost price to stallholders for $25.

If you would like to see your logo on our Festival shirt we are offering 4 logo spots on the back of the shirt at $500 each and sleeve sponsorship for $1000. Sponsorship links are on our event page

Minor TAFFI Sponsorship

$500 – Have your a 50mm x 50mm logo printed on the back of the festival shirt - 4 positions only

Major TAFFI Sponsorship

$1000 – You have either sleeve to add your logo and message, design to accomdate a short t shirt sleeve.

T shirts are black when designing your logo - all logos must be hi res for printing . each minor and major sponsor will recieve 2 Festival shirts

This is a great way to gain extra exposure at the event and demonstrate your commitment to community celebration and inclusion. Your contribution will directly support the running of the festival and ongoing work by ISGA.
