Stallholder Fees (Sliding Scale)

• Trans and Gender Diverse-Owned Stall (Community only): $20

• Not-for-Profit Organisation: $35

• For-Profit Individual/Company (annual turnover under $100K): $50

• For-Profit Individual/Company (annual turnover over $100K): $100

We encourage stallholders to consider making a tax-deductible donation to further support our work. See donation details below.

Important Info: You’ll receive an email the week before the festival with your stall location and final event tips.

Bump-in and Bump-out Times:

• Food Vans: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

• All Other Stalls: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Want to See Your Stall Name on the TAFFI 2025 Festival Shirt?

We’re thrilled to offer stallholders the chance to sponsor this year’s official TAFFI Festival Shirt and show their support for the trans and gender diverse community.

You have two sponsorship options:

• $20 – Have your stall name printed on the back of the festival shirt

• $50 – Feature your stall logo on the back of the festival shirt

This is a great way to gain extra exposure at the event and demonstrate your commitment to community celebration and inclusion. Your contribution will directly support the running of the festival and ongoing work by ISGA. 1 Shirt will be given to each sponsor
