About
Illawarra Shoalhaven Gender Alliance (ISGA) is a health promotion charity that aims to support the health and wellbeing of the local trans and gender diverse (TGD) community. ISGA aims to enhance collaboration between the trans and gender diverse community, health practitioners, and allies and to provide a platform for engagement, connection, support, education, training and advocacy.
Our vision is for a trans and gender diverse community that is safe, supported, encouraged and empowered and that all trans and gender diverse people have appropriate and equitable access to health care.

ISGA runs an annual community festival at the start of Trans Week of Remembrance in November, the Trans and Friends Festival (TAFFI). We also run a multidisciplinary Clinical Network to provide peer support, networking and learning opportunities for gender affirming clinicians.
